Why Studio Art?
Faculty in studio art offer a curriculum of traditional and innovative programs in painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, digital imaging, photography, and printmaking, along with digital media, fabric as form, tile making, public art and bookmaking. Many classes are part of service learning coursework. Students also have opportunities to participate in faculty research, exhibit opportunities in the Humanities Fine Arts Gallery or off campus, and study abroad programs such as a recent trip to London.
